The Kennedy Burchill Managed Will Service gives our clients the confidence to relax in the knowledge that some of the most important documents they are ever likely to sign are in safe hands. By using this service, you will benefit from:

• Free, unlimited Will updates.
  *Cost of amending a single will is normally £125.00 or £225.00 for mirror wills.

• Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) and unlimited future updates.
  *Cost of drafting an EPA is normally £115.00 each.

• Secured Storage.
  The peace of mind that your Will (and/or EPA) is stored securely and can be easily located if needed.
• You will receive a copy of all your documents held in storage, to keep for your records so you know exactly what arrangements are in place.
• Competitive charges –  only £80 a year.
  * A significant saving on the £50-100 per year that you could be charged by a bank or solicitor for storage costs alone.

*Payments are fixed for 10 years so you don’t need to worry about the price increase.
